Account and Data Deletion for EmoEx Users
Hello, valued EmoEx user! We're sad to hear you're thinking about leaving. We've made it easy for you to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
Steps to Request Account Deletion:

Login to your EmoEx App: Make sure you're logged in to the account you wish to delete.

Navigate to My Profile: Head to the 'My Profile' menu inside the EmoEx App.

Submit Request: Scroll down and tap on the 'Delete Account' button.

Confirm: We'll ask you to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, the deletion process will begin.
Data Retention and Deletion:

What's Deleted: All your chats, preferences, and profile information will be permanently removed.

What's Kept: For compliance purposes, we'll retain your transaction history for 7 years.

Retention Period: Please allow up to 30 days for complete removal of your data from our systems.
