His expertise spans both B2B and B2C markets, where he has successfully established thought and market leadership in key industries.

Jenny Hamilton is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader in Counselling and Psychological Therapies at the University of Lincoln, with over 20 years in the helping professions. She runs a private counselling practice, specialises in film therapy, and conducts extensive research in grief, PTSD, and neurodiversity. Jenny has a distinguished academic background, with numerous publications and contributions to the field of mental health.

Niko Kargas is an Associate Professor in Psychology and Director of the Autism Research Innovation Centre at the University of Lincoln. With a PhD in Psychology, his expertise includes autism, neurodiversity, and animal-assisted interventions. Niko is known for his impactful research and numerous publications on autism, mental health, and human-animal interactions, making significant contributions to the field. His work is recognised with awards such as the Vice-Chancellor’s Public Engagement with Research Award.

Patrick Schweder is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Ascot Hospital and Auckland City Hospital, and the Inaugural Academic Neurosurgeon at the University of Auckland. Specialising in cranial and spinal surgeries, he is known for his expertise in minimally invasive techniques and pain management. With training from prestigious institutions such as Yele, Oxford, Cambridge, and Royal Melbourne, Patrick’s research focuses on tumours, facial pain, and advanced neurosurgical technologies, earning him international accolades.
